A Warm Welcome From Ingrid (:

Hello there, I am so glad to have you here! Welcome to Ingrid's Bakeology and The Baking Fun! I am incredibly joyful to embark this new chapter with each of you!

The Baking Fun was started as a hobby in sharing recipes due to my strong interest in 2017.  Although I was seriously ill between 2018 and 2020, I am very grateful I had kept my passion in baking even during the toughest period. In 2021, I am ready to embrace more in opening Ingrid's Bakeology, a bakery that aims to provide a wider range of gluten-free and vegan bakeries to all.

Throughout my journey, I received tremendous supports from my supportive family, all my dearest friends, Dr. Fong who walked me through the entire treatment, KiKi who encouraged me to expand The Baking Fun more than just an interest), Jacky/Mutton/Mr. Koo who helped me to furnish my little baby- my studio, uncle Tsang who helped me to pick the right baking machine...There are lots more people to thank you indeed!

I am truly thankful to have met so many nice people in my life. I sincerely thank you each of you!
