When less is really more!

Our baked goods don’t just taste good, they ARE good. That’s because we only use ingredients that are good for you, so that you can have the cake and eat it too.

Our products are:

✓ Gluten-free

   - We use UK/USA imported gluten-free flour, such as almond meal.

✓ Eggs-free

   - We use chia seeds, tofu, fruits such as pumpkins and bananas to replace eggs.

✓ Dairy-free

   - We substitute butter with oil, and use coconut/soy milk to replace milk.

✓ Low in Sugar

   - We use fresh fruits and natural sweetener, like monk fruit sugar, to keep a tasty flavor.

 Artificial Color-free

   - We use natural dyes from fruits and vegetables instead, such as beetroot powder. 

 Preservatives-free

   - So don’t resist it, enjoy them fresh when you get them!

 

The Bakeology of Ingrid’s  

The Bakeology of Ingrid’s is actually quite simple—use quality, real ingredients to make something that everyone can enjoy. The formula? Tons of love + vegan ingredients - gluten - sugar!  (or, ‘The formula? Tons of love with quality vegan ingredients, with a little bit of natural sweetener and no gluten!’ )

 

We use high quality certified gluten-free flour, certified vegan and Non-GMO ingredients in all of our products. We also use organic ingredients as much as possible. No artificial coloring or preservatives are used in any of our pastries and desserts. This way, you can enjoy the authentic flavors our nature offers without worries.

 

To make Ingrid’s recipes healthier, we substitute butter with coconut/rice oil, cut down at least half of the sugar, and replace white sugar with natural sweetener. We keep our desserts tasty and naturally sweet by adding fresh fruits like banana or applesauce. We also go for more healthy choices such as hazelnut flour, coconut flour, nuts, and seeds,  which are rich in fiber, proteins and vitamins. You can learn more about our products here.

 

Every item you order is meticulously handcrafted with lots of love by Ingrid, following her own secret recipes—each created by Ingrid based on numerous testing and continuous modifications along the way.
