Ingrid's Bakeology is a small local bakery in Hong Kong. The founder, Ingrid, is passionate about creating her own vegan and gluten-free recipes, and she can’t wait to share that with you!

The Founder

Ingrid’s Bakeology is run by a young and passionate baker, Ingrid. Having battled with eczema and food allergies, she embarked upon her journey of developing vegan and gluten-free recipes of beloved baked goods, including cakes, muffins, bread and her signature madeleines.

Baked goods should be treats, not a cause of allergies. Ingrid's Bakeology strives to provide gluten-free vegan cakes with low sugar that satisfy your sweet tooth and your dietary needs.

We notice the lack of bakeries that cater to special diet followers, and the misperception  that vegan and gluten-free confectionery just  doesn’t taste as good. That’s why we go all out to offer vegan, gluten-free, and less-sweet versions of your favorite baked goods.
