All You Should Know Before Ordering


  • We prepare your orders/bakery class by using certified gluten-free and vegan ingredients. However, our products may contain soy, nuts or peanuts;
  • Please be aware that our studio is a shared station with gluten items. Food such as bread is also prepared in the facility, but your gluten-free products are made on separate worktops, with separate bowls, utensils and baked ovens;
  • While we take our best precautions, we cannot guarantee that there is absolutely no cross-contamination. Customers with serious allergies should take this into account when you place your order;
  • Neither Ingrid’s Bakeology nor The Baking Fun will be responsible for any injury, loss, sickness or damage claimed by customer with an allergy who consumes our goods regardless of circumstances; and,
  • Please notify us of any allergies you have, and we can help answer any questions you may have.

Delivery policy

  • Products are hand-delivered on the date specified in your order. All deliveries are undertaken by GoGoVan/Lalamove;
  • Please make sure someone is available at the delivery address on the day of your order. You need to pick up the cake at the van as the driver does not provide door-to-door delivery service; if there is no one on hand to receive the bakeries, they will be returned to us and we would bill you for the extra cost; and
  • Please note that we cannot accept any liability for the treatment of your order or mishandling once a delivery has been made and the package is signed for.

Refund policy (for orders)

  • All our products are baked to order and we DO NOT accept returns; and
  • Refunds, credit notes or a replacement order to the same value will be given only in the event that you receive the incorrect product. Should this be the case, you must contact us within 12 hours upon receipt. We will not accept liability for any complaints made after this period .

Adverse Weather Arrangement

  • If typhoon signal no.8 or above, or black rainstorm warning is hoisted at or after 8:00am on your pickup day, all studio pickup and delivery service will be cancelled;
  • In the case where typhoon signal no.8 or above, or black rainstorm warning is lowered within our business hours, our studio will remain closed. There will be no pickup and delivery service; and
  • There will be no refund, but you can reschedule to any available pickup date within 60 days from the day of cancellation without any extra charges.


  • Kindly note that there might be slight discrepancies in terms of colors and design from the reference photos on our website as all orders are handmade. For details, please read SECTION 5 - PRODUCTS OR SERVICES here;
  • We reserve the right to reject any order requests or discontinue any items due to any reasons; and
  • In case of any disputes, we reserves the rights of final decision.
