Hazelnut Bread (Gluten/Dairy/Sugar/Oil Free!)
This loaf is heavily loaded with hazelnut flour, so a very nutty aroma would fill the room once you unwrap the package!
This bread is made without gluten, dairy, egg, oil, and even sugar! Because of this, the texture is relatively chewy compared to the normal wheat dough. We are sure you will understand if you're on a gluten-free diet!
In the (unlikely) event that you have to store your unfinished dessert in the fridge, we recommend keeping it in the fridge with our packaging to keep it as fresh as possible.
Reheating Tips
For cupcake/cake, please allow it to come to room temperature before serving.
For madeleines/muffin/bread, you can:
i. Reheat the foil wrapped pastry in the oven; OR
