What can you ask for if we stuffed some fresh taro puree into these gorgeous Hojicha madeleines?
We bought the taro fresh from the market then smash it all by ourselves. Our taro purees are low in sugar & made WITHOUT any preservatives!
Hojicha is a green tea that roasted after the leaves are steamed. To ensure we have brought out the best Hojicha taste not only do we use an EU/USA/Japanese certified pure organic Hojicha powder, but also boil the hojicha tea for 4-hours.
Main Ingredients:
- Hojicha tea leaves, taro puree, gluten free flour (contains almond), agave nectar.
In the (unlikely) event that you have to store your unfinished dessert in the fridge, we recommend keeping it in the fridge with our packaging to keep it as fresh as possible.
Reheating Tips
For cupcake/cake, please allow it to come to room temperature before serving.
For madeleines/muffin/bread, you can:
i. Reheat the foil wrapped pastry in the oven; OR
